Hello. I'm Bonnie Coulson, a REALTOR® in Indian River County, Florida and I love my job! This profession is always exciting, and something new happens every day. With all the changes in the international, national and local markets, I'm incredibly busy keeping informed on the latest information and how it affects buyers and sellers.

I've been working in real estate since 1997 and have spent countless hours getting better educated to help me assist my clients and customers. I've earned the the National Association of Realtors (NAR) sanctioned Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation (10/99), as well as those as Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) (10/00), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) (1/03). I'm also a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) (5/00) and an active member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® where I've earned the Performance Management Network (PMN) designation (11/03). And I'm the proud recipient of the At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD) (1/09) which also certifies me with the US Government office Housing and Urban Renewal (HUD) in Fair Housing. And in 2008 I earned the timely certification as Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP).
What do all those initials mean for you? Well, I'm always happy to learn and look for better ways to do something, so when I'm not out working with buyers or sellers, you'll probably find me busy attending classes or seminars that will keep me up-to-date and teach me something new.
As you might suspect, I come from an academic background, having worked at major medical schools for 30 years, first in the laboratory and ultimately as Administrative Director of federally sponsored research centers. So the quests for a solution and attention to detail come naturally, and are characteristics I've been able to well utilize in my real estate profession.
I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers in all categories and know that every sale and purchase is important, regardless of price. As the one of only a few real estate professional in this county with the designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), I'm well versed in the special needs of international clients.
I work exclusively in Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, Indian River Shores and North Hutchinson Island, as well as the very northern part of St. Lucie County's mainland. And I'm an active member of several referral networks which allows me to offer you the names of top-notch real estate professionals in all parts of Florida, the entire US, even the world!
